Basketball Recap: Northeast Takes a Loss

Northeast was the 35-17 winner over East when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Northeast Vikings fell 25-15 to East on Thursday.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for East, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northeast will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Southeast at 6:00 p.m. on February 17th. As for East, they will face off against Central at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Considering Central has lost five straight at home and East 11 straight on the road (dating back to last season), this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum.
