Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McMahon). They secured a 92-86 W over the St. Joseph Cadets on Friday. The score was all tied up 44-44 at the break, but the Senators were the better team in the second half.

When it comes to explaining why St. Joseph lost, don't look at TJ Wright. Despite the final result, he went 10 of 17 en route to 24 points and six assists. That's the most assists Wright has posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Noah Adolphe, who went 5 for 8 to rack up 14 points.

The victory got McMahon back to even at 4-4. As for St. Joseph, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McMahon will square off against Wilton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Joseph, they will take on New Canaan at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
