Soccer Recap: MacArthur Triumphs

MacArthur kept a clean sheet against Putnam City on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pirates. The victory made it back-to-back wins for MacArthur.

Allena Cotanny was the driving force of MacArthur's attack as she scored both of MacArthur's goals, bringing her season total up to two goals.

MacArthur's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Putnam City, they now have a losing record of 0-1-1.

MacArthur has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Classen SAS on the 6th. As for Putnam City, they will be playing at home against Putnam City West at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Putnam City West's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Putnam City's offense will have their work cut out for them.
