Baseball Recap: Streator Bulldogs vs. Manteno Panthers
Streator had lost four straight at home, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 10-13 to make it five. They fell just short of the Manteno Panthers by a score of 5-3. Bulldogs fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Panthers since on Monday.
Streator saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blaize Bressner, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI. Keegan Angelico was another, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
