Volleyball Recap: East Forsyth Wins Going Away Against Northwest Guilford

With a playoff win on the line, East Forsyth rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Northwest Guilford Vikings with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Vikings back in March, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

East Forsyth never let Northwest Guilford on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 25-21.

The victory made it two in a row for East Forsyth and bumps their season record up to 9-9. As for Northwest Guilford, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-4 record.

As of now, neither East Forsyth nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
