Football Recap: Southern Huntingdon County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Southern Huntingdon County made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Curwensville, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Rockets fell just short of the Golden Tide by a score of 29-26 on Friday. The Rockets have struggled against the Golden Tide recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Southern Huntingdon County still got an impressive performance from Eli Rice, who rushed for 153 yards and three TDs while picking up 8.5 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Cohen Snyder, who rushed for 62 yards on only five carries.

Southern Huntingdon County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Curwensville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
