East Clinton came tearing into Wednesday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Eastern Warriors 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Astros also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

East Clinton's got stronger as the match went on, holding Eastern to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19, 25-16.

East Clinton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kenzi Terrell out in front who had ten digs and two aces. Another player making a difference was Kendall DeBold, who had five digs and four aces.

East Clinton's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Eastern, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coming up, East Clinton will take on Felicity-Franklin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eastern, they will venture away from home to take on Southeastern at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
