Volleyball Game Preview: Mountain Empire Redhawks vs. School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions

The Mountain Empire Redhawks will head out on the road to challenge the School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. School for Entrepreneurship & Technology took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Mountain Empire, who comes in off a win.

Mountain Empire had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Julian on Wednesday. The Redhawks blew past the Eagles 3-0.

Mountain Empire was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-18, 25-19.

Meanwhile, School for Entrepreneurship & Technology was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Preuss UCSD, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-18, 25-8.

School for Entrepreneurship & Technology's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Mountain Empire, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-7.
