If North Nodaway wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Worth County, they should've done a better job of containing Caleb New. The Worth County Tigers enjoyed a cozy 48-33 win over the North Nodaway Mustangs on Monday for which the team can thank New, who on his way to 24 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Lucas Frisch, who posted two points along with eight rebounds and three steals. He is becoming a predictor of Worth County's success: when he posts at least three steals the team is 2-1 (and 8-11 when he doesn't).

Worth County's victory bumped their record up to 10-12. As for North Nodaway, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-19 record this season.

As of now, neither Worth County nor North Nodaway have any future games scheduled.
