There's no place like home for Arabia Mountain, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Southwest DeKalb Panthers on Tuesday, sneaking past  2-1. The  victory continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.
 Arabia Mountain had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-18,  15-10.
 Southwest DeKalb's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Janai Townes, who  had six  assists and five  aces. Townes is  on a roll when it comes to  aces, as she's  now  served four or more in each of the last six games she's  played.  Jah'Tima Jackson was another key player,  getting eight  kills and two  aces.
Arabia Mountain's win bumped their record up to 6-14. As for Southwest DeKalb, they moved to 17-12 with that  defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.
 Arabia Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Southwest DeKalb, they will welcome Tucker  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
