Griswold put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Nodaway Valley Wolverines get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Those eight runs were actually the fewest the Tigers have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Griswold pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Nodaway Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Griswold didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-0 win against Boyer Valley on the 5th. As for Nodaway Valley, they have also already played their next matchup, a 12-11 victory against Central Decatur on the 5th.
