Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Dayton Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 2nd.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Dayton, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Jefferson has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Blanchet Catholic on the 2nd. As for Dayton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Scio on the 1st.
