It was a good run, but Rockdale unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to the Navasota Rattlers at home by a 49-34 margin. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 48-32 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rockdale's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Navasota, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Rockdale will be taking part in a tournament against Rudder at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Navasota, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Columbia at 1:30 p.m. on December 31st.
