Soccer Game Preview: Pine Tree vs. Lebanon Trail

The Pine Tree Pirates will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge the Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pine Tree is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Nacogdoches just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 2-1. The loss was the Pirates' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Lebanon Trail waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They beat the Panthers by a goal, winning 2-1.

Lars Clark was the driving force of Lebanon Trail's attack as he scored both of Lebanon Trail's goals, bringing his season total up to four goals.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pine Tree fell to 4-1. As for Lebanon Trail, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1.
