While Central's victory against Ava wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Bears 2-1 on Monday. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bears, too.

Central's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-13. As for Ava, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season.
