Basketball Recap: Kenesaw Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Kenesaw had won two straight games and Jorja Uden did her part to make it three on Thursday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, the Kenesaw Blue Devils made off with a 33-32 win over the Deshler Dragons thanks in part to Uden, who posted nine points and eight rebounds. That's the most boards she has posted since back in November of 2023.

Kenesaw is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Deshler, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-8.

Kenesaw has already played their next contest (against Blue Hill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Deshler will face off against Red Cloud at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Red Cloud has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
