Basketball Recap: North Mason Takes a Loss

After flying high against Klahowya last Saturday, North Mason came back down to earth. The North Mason Bulldogs took a blow against the Bainbridge Spartans on Saturday, falling 72-45. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now lost nine in a row.

Despite the defeat, North Mason had strong showings from Andrew Littrean, who posted 18 points and eight boards, and Cameron Revelez, who put up 14 points and six rebounds. Revelez has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last nine times he's played.

North Mason's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Bainbridge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

North Mason has already played their next contest, a 71-58 defeat against Olympic on the 11th. As for Bainbridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 55-52 win against North Kitsap on the 11th.
