Soccer Game Preview: Klein Forest vs. Tomball Memorial

Klein Forest is 0-10 against Tomball Memorial since February of 2021 but things could change on Saturday. The Eagles will welcome the Wildcats at 10:45 a.m. Klein Forest has given up an average of 4.7 goals per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Klein Forest's offense. They came up short against Klein Oak on Wednesday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Klein Forest can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 497th, while Klein Oak are ranked 160th).

Meanwhile, Tomball Memorial won against Magnolia on Friday with four goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Wednesday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over Klein Cain. The win continues a trend for Tomball Memorial in their matchups with Klein Cain: they've now won seven in a row.

Tomball Memorial now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Klein Forest, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Klein Forest suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Tomball Memorial in their previous meeting back in February of 2025. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
