Softball Recap: Valley View Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Valley View's offense. They came up short against the Boyd Yellowjackets on Monday, falling 15-0. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Valley View's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Boyd, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-3-2.

Coincidentally, Valley View and Boyd will both be playing Ponder the next time they take the field. Boyd will host Ponder at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Valley View will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on March 28th.
