Football Game Recap: Kingsbury vs. Brighton

Brighton were successful in their last outing against Kingsbury, and they didn't afford Kingsbury any payback this time around. Brighton blew past Kingsbury 42-13. The success made it back-to-back wins for Brighton.

Brighton's offense rushed out of the gates and came up with 21 first-half points. Kingsbury countered with 7 points, leaving the score at 21-7 going into the half. The Brighton defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The victory bumped Brighton's record up to 3-4. Kingsbury are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7.

Next week Brighton take on Ridgeway at 7:00 PM. Ridgeway also lit up the scoreboard in their last match, so this could be a high-scoring match. As for Kingsbury, they will face off against Munford. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
