Football Game Preview: Evansville/Albany vs. Clinton

Evansville/Albany will challenge Clinton on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Evansville/Albany are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.

Things haven't been easy for Evansville/Albany, and their matchup last Friday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They were given a punishing 0-48 defeat at the hands of McFarland.

Meanwhile, after a disappointing six points in their last match, Clinton made sure to put some points up on the board against Turner last Friday. Clinton steamrollered Turner 46-7. The win was a breath of fresh air for Clinton as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Clinton's victory lifted them to 2-6 while Evansville/Albany's loss dropped them down to 0-8. We'll find out if Clinton can add another positive mark to their record or if Evansville/Albany can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Clinton's step.
