Volleyball Recap: Stevenson Patriots vs. Glenbard West Hilltoppers

Stevenson lost against Glenbard West back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Stevenson Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glenbard West Hilltoppers. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Hilltoppers: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-11.

Abby Inman paced Stevenson's offense, picking up seven kills. Inman got some help from Ryler Bondad and her 15 assists.

Stevenson's defeat dropped their record down to 20-15. As for Glenbard West, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 26-9 record this season.

Stevenson will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Conant at 6:00 p.m. Conant is coming into the match with five straight losses at home, meaning Stevenson will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. Glenbard West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
