Baseball Recap: Dover Comes Up Short

Dover lost against Drummond back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Dover came up short against Drummond, falling 12-3.

Dover saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Cockayne, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Dover dropped their record down to 4-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Drummond, their record now sits at 9-1.

Looking ahead, Dover will head out on the road to challenge Pond Creek-Hunter at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Drummond, they will welcome Watonga at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
