Baseball Recap: Greenville Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Greenville's offense. They came up short against the Wayne Warriors on Friday, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Green Wave have lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Greenville and nudges their season record down to 9-15. As for Wayne, they moved to 4-15 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenville will take on Franklin in a tournament on Wednesday. As for Wayne, they will venture away from home to challenge Bellbrook at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
