Volleyball Game Preview: Las Vegas Wildcats vs. Bonanza Bengals

The Las Vegas Wildcats will challenge the Bonanza Bengals at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Las Vegas managed to slip by Liberty the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Las Vegas lost 3-0 to Liberty on Thursday. That makes it the first time this season the Wildcats have let down their home crowd.

While Las Vegas was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Bonanza came up short against Durango on Thursday and fell 3-1. The Bengals haven't had much luck with the Trailblazers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Bonanza started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 27-25, 25-17, 25-21.

Las Vegas' loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Bonanza, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
