Volleyball Game Preview: Hialeah Gardens Gladiators vs. Goleman Gators

The Hialeah Gardens Gladiators will square off against the Goleman Gators at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Hialeah Gardens took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Northwestern.

The victory didn't come easy: Northwestern scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Goleman waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Sharks with a sharp 3-0 win.

Goleman walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 25-11.

Goleman's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Hialeah Gardens, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season.

Hialeah Gardens might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Goleman in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Gladiators avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
