Basketball Recap: St. Patrick Takes a Loss

If St. Patrick was feeling good fresh off their 39-19 takedown of Gautier last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Fighting Irish came up short against the Bay Tigers on Friday, falling 56-32. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Fighting Irish have suffered against the Tigers since January 31, 2020.

St. Patrick's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Bay, they pushed their record up to 7-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, St. Patrick will head out on the road to face off against Forrest County Agricultural at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bay, they will be home for the holidays to greet West Harrison at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
