Baseball Recap: Argenta-Oreana Takes a Loss

Argenta-Oreana lost against Maroa-Forsyth back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bombers lost 11-1 to the Trojans. The Bombers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Argenta-Oreana saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kharsen West, who went 2-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that West has hit this season.

Argenta-Oreana's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Maroa-Forsyth, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Argenta-Oreana will take on Cumberland at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maroa-Forsyth, they will challenge Auburn at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
