Camden County had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They put the hurt on the Currituck County Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-11, 25-21.

Bailey Miller paced Camden County's offense, picking up ten kills. Miller got some help from Campbell Beasley and her 19 assists. Beasley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Camden County's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Currituck County, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden County will face off against Northeastern at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Currituck County, they will square off against Cape Hatteras at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
