Basketball Recap: Plymouth North Takes a Loss

Plymouth North lost against Marshfield back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Plymouth North Eagles were outmatched by the Marshfield Rams and fell 77-45. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 186th, while the Rams are ranked 16th).

Plymouth North dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Marshfield, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Plymouth North will take on Silver Lake Regional at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marshfield, they will square off against Whitman-Hanson Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Whitman-Hanson Regional's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches.
