Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bald Knob). Everything went their way against the Mountain View Yellowjackets on Saturday as Bald Knob made off with a 15-3 win. While the Bulldogs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The victory made it two in a row for Bald Knob and bumps their season record up to 6-4. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-5 Mountain View and 1-3 Bradford. As for Mountain View, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bald Knob will welcome Bradford at 4:30 p.m. on the 31st. Bradford has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.75 runs per game on average), something Bald Knob will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Mountain View, they will challenge Melbourne at 4:00 p.m. on the 31st.
