Basketball Recap: Gettysburg Takes a Loss

Gettysburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 54-22 loss at the hands of the Spring Grove Rockets. The match marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Gettysburg's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Spring Grove, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Gettysburg has already played their next contest (against Waynesboro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Spring Grove will look to defend their home court on Monday against Red Lion at 7:15 p.m. Red Lion knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Spring Grove likes a good challenge.
