Soccer Game Preview: Hickory Christian Academy vs. Veritas Christian Academy

The Hickory Christian Academy Knights will square off against the Veritas Christian Academy Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Veritas Christian Academy will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Hickory Christian Academy extended their winning streak to four on Thursday. The Knights blew past North Hills Christian 5-1. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 3-0.

Meanwhile, Veritas Christian Academy kept a clean sheet against Haywood Christian Academy on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Red Wolves.

The victory got Veritas Christian Academy back to even at 8-8. As for Hickory Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.

Everything went Hickory Christian Academy's way against Veritas Christian Academy when the teams last played back in August, as Hickory Christian Academy made off with a 4-0 victory.
