Connetquot had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lindenhurst Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Alexandra Patsos paced Connetquot's offense, picking up six kills. Patsos got some help from Leah White and her 13 assists. Gisele Trzaskalski controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Connetquot's victory bumped their record up to 16-2-1. As for Lindenhurst, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Connetquot has already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Smithtown West on the 4th. Hopefully Lindenhurst paid attention to the T-Birds' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the T-Birds at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
