Baseball Recap: Happy Camp Takes a Loss

Happy Camp is still winless after their matchup against Dunsmuir on Wednesday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tigers. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in April of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Happy Camp's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Dunsmuir, their victory ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-16.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Happy Camp beat the Tigers by a score of 7-5 later that day.
