Alpine waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Everything went their way against the Presidio Blue Devils as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 4th.

Alpine was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-15, 25-21.

Alpine got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Gabriella Dominguez out in front who had nine digs and one assist. That's the most digs Dominguez has posted since back in September.

Alpine's win bumped their record up to 20-14. As for Presidio, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 8-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Alpine is set to square off against their familiar foe Anthony at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Presidio will challenge rival Kermit at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
