Noxubee County lost to Aliceville back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Tigers secured a 46-42 W over the Yellowjackets. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Despite the loss, Aliceville still got an impressive performance from Samora Jordan, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and 13 boards. That was a full 64.3% of the Yellowjackets' points, marking the sixth time in a row Jordan has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Terri'Yunna Spruil, who earned 14 points and six rebounds.

Noxubee County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Aliceville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
