After losing to Osmond the last time they met, Winnebago decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Indians walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tigers on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Winnebago had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 26-24, 25-20, 25-13.

Winnebago can attribute much of their success to Breezie Treglia, who had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces Treglia has posted over her last ten matches.

Treglia wasn't the only good servers: Winnebago was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive contests.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-11. As for Osmond, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Coming up, Winnebago will square off against Winside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Osmond, they will face off against Chambers/Wheeler Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
