Football Recap: Arcadia Comes Up Short

Arcadia scored first but ultimately less than Southwood in their match on Thursday. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 16-15 to the Cowboys. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cowboys apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Arcadia's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arcadia will challenge Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southwood, they will square off against North Caddo at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
