Soccer Recap: Terrell Comes Up Short

Terrell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to the Midlothian Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in February.

Terrell's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Midlothian, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Terrell take on the Kaufman at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Terrell has given up an average of 3.1 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Midlothian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ennis at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Midlothian's favor as the squad sits on seven straight wins at home while Ennis has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
