Volleyball Recap: White Oak Takes a Loss

White Oak came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Lufkin Panthers. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Roughnecks were not able to get on the board.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-13, 25-21.

White Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Lufkin, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

White Oak wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Longview on the 19th. As for Lufkin, they will challenge Rusk at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.
