Volleyball Recap: Syracuse Takes a Loss

Syracuse lost against Hoxie back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Indians by a score of 2-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Syracuse sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 23-25, 25-22.

Syracuse's defeat dropped their record down to 18-12. As for Hoxie, they now have a winning record of 16-15.

Coincidentally, Syracuse and Hoxie will both be playing Wichita County the next time they take the court. The Indians will host the Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
