Volleyball Recap: Otis Takes a Loss

Otis entered their match against McClave on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Cardinals from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-10.

Aedyn Tribelhorn paced Otis' offense, picking up six kills. Tribelhorn got some help from Crysten Goble and her nine assists.

Otis' defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for McClave, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-1.

Otis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Yuma on the 27th. As for McClave, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Akron on the 27th.
