Baseball Recap: Center Takes a Loss

If Center was feeling good fresh off their 20-7 takedown of Hoehne on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Center Vikings came up short against the Hoehne Farmers on Saturday, falling 19-3. The Vikings were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Farmers earlier this season, when they won 20-7.

Noah Swanson was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

Center's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Hoehne, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Center is headed away from home for the first time to take on Cedaredge at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hoehne, they will face off against Peyton at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
