Kerwin Squire Jr. Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Kerwin Squire Jr. produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Stratford to the win on Friday. Squire Jr. rushed for 191 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (108.3) per game.
Stratford has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. Squire Jr. and Stratford will square off against Cane Bay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Lucy Beckham had to settle for second on Friday, but Chalmers Ballard sure wasn't going down easily. Ballard turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 85 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 283 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes. Lucy Beckham is 3-1 when Ballard posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
For the season, Ballard has thrown 11 touchdowns while averaging 173.6 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to nine.

Jachin Davis Delivers Electric Effort Vs Lucy Beckham
The second Stratford player making an appearance here is Jachin Davis, and for good reason. He rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 261 yards while completing 75% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played.
