Volleyball Recap: Bishop McCort Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bishop McCort lost against Penn Cambria back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Crushers fell 3-1 to the Panthers. Crushers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Panthers since Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-13, 23-25, 25-21.

Ava Zucco paced Bishop McCort's offense, picking up six kills. Zucco got some help from Olivia Urban and her 14 assists. Urban was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Madelyn Kittell went supernova For Penn Cambria., getting 32 assists and five digs. With that strong performance, Kittell is now averaging an impressive 13.5 assists per game.
