Baseball Game Preview: O'Neill Raiders vs. Haldane Blue Devils

The O'Neill Raiders will face off against the Haldane Blue Devils at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for O'Neill and 15 for Haldane.

O'Neill lost 13-1 to Port Jervis last Friday.

Meanwhile, Haldane didn't have quite enough to beat North Salem on Friday and fell 6-5.

Pat Shields made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Kiyoshi Tomizawa was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

O'Neill's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Haldane, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.
