Volleyball Recap: Brandon's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home + How To Watch

Brandon won the last time they faced Lakeville and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blackhawks came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 3-1.

Brandon was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-22, 13-25, 25-14, 25-17.

Brooke Roberts was the offensive standout of the contest as she had six digs and six aces. Those six aces gave her a new career-high.

Roberts wasn't the only good server: Brandon was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 11 consecutive matches.

Brandon's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-8. As for Lakeville, they dropped their record down to 2-4-1 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Brandon will square off against Clio at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Lakeville has already played their next game (against Beecher), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
