Baseball Recap: Lincolnton Comes Up Short

Lincolnton lost against Bunker Hill on March 4th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Lincolnton came up short against Bunker Hill, falling 13-1. The Wolves' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Lincolnton's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Bunker Hill, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Coming up, Lincolnton will face off against Cherryville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cherryville will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Lincolnton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bunker Hill, they will square off against West Caldwell at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bunker Hill is facing West Caldwell at the right time seeing as West Caldwell is stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
