Basketball Game Preview: Mountain Home Tigers vs. Twin Falls Bruins

Mountain Home hasn't had much luck against Twin Falls recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Mountain Home Tigers will welcome the Twin Falls Bruins at 7:30 p.m.

Mountain Home lost 52-32 to Gooding on Saturday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, everything went Twin Falls' way against Burley on Thursday as Twin Falls made off with a 62-40 win. The Bruins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Twin Falls has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.6 points over those games. As for Mountain Home, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-16.

Mountain Home was taken down by Twin Falls 66-21 when the teams last played back in January. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Mountain Home was down 40-11.
